FUNkiness! ("we", "us") is based in Curaçao. This page explains what personal data we collect through www.funkiness.ai, why, and what you can do about it. If anything here is unclear, email us at sayhello@funkiness.ai and we'll explain it properly, no legalese.
We only collect what you give us directly, through one of these:
Name, email, company and your message. Used to reply to you. Sent through Formspree, a third-party form service, to our inbox.
Name, email, company, sector, phone number, Instagram handle and your answers to the scan questions. Used to generate and email you a personalised report, and logged to a private Google Sheet as a backup so your submission never gets lost.
Name, email, company, sector and your quiz answers. Sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your personalised result, then emailed to you.
If you accept cookies, we use Google Analytics to understand which pages get visited and how the site is used, in aggregate, not tied to your name. You can decline this in the cookie banner.
We don't sell your data. We use the following services to run FUNkiness!, and your data may pass through them:
We keep your data only as long as needed to respond to your enquiry or deliver the report or result you asked for, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
You can ask us at any time to see what we have on file for you, correct it, or delete it. Email sayhello@funkiness.ai and we'll sort it out, usually within a few days.
